PwC Belgium in Brussels invites applications for an HR Business Partner intern role within the Human Capital team. You will work across HR projects, supporting talent management, reporting, and people experience while collaborating with employees and leadership.

The internship is aimed at final-year students in Law, HR, Office Management, Business Administration, or related fields, with fluency in Dutch and/or French and English.

Qualifications

• You’re a final-year Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Law, Human Resources, Office Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Looking for a school internship of at least 3 months.
• Speaks fluent Dutch and/or French, plus English.
• Is enthusiastic, motivated, and a true team player with a real passion for people.
• Has strong organizational skills and a hands-on mentality.

Responsabilités

• Take on an advisory role and contribute to the execution of both the Global and Belgian Human Capital strategy.
• Be a point of contact for employees and leadership on HR-related matters — a true connector between the business and various Human Capital stakeholders.
• Help translate the results of the annual People Survey into actionable insights, and support the creation of a strategic Business Unit plan together with the HR Business Consultants.
• Assist in talent management processes, including preparation for performance and reward cycles, and support exit conversations and related follow-up.
• Contribute to a variety of HR projects related to talent management, reporting, and people experience.
• Help review HR processes, identifying opportunities for automation, improvement, and better alignment across departments and stakeholders.
