PwC Belgium seeks a motivated intern to support migrating Human Capital documentation to a new SharePoint environment. You will review, clean, reformat, and migrate content with SMEs to ensure accuracy and accessibility for employees across the organization.

The role requires strong English writing, meticulous organization, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a student (Bachelor/Master), any field of study.
• Highly structured and organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable with digital tools and quick to learn new platforms (SharePoint experience a plus).
• Strong written communication in English; French and/or Dutch a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support the review and clean up existing HC documentation (policies, work instructions, guides, FAQs, etc.) before migration.
• Reformat content to align with new SharePoint templates and style guidelines.
• Upload and organize content within the new SharePoint structure.
• Create and verify internal links, references, and cross-document connections.
• Check for outdated, duplicate, or inconsistent content and flag it to SMEs.
• Collaborate with SMEs to validate content accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain a tracking overview of migration progress.
• Support with basic quality checks (broken links, formatting errors, accessibility of documents)
