Job summary

You will act as a trusted partner to managers, translating people and organisational challenges into pragmatic HR actions, supporting transformation and change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as HR Business Partner.
• Proven ability to build credibility with business stakeholders.
• Experience in transformation, digitalisation or agile ways of working.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Act as main HR point of contact for assigned populations.
• Support managers on performance, engagement and development.
• Contribute to transformation initiatives and change projects.
• Use HR data and insights to drive decisions.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Navigate complex people situations with tact.
