TRANSEARCH International Belgium is conducting a confidential search for an HR Business Partner on behalf of an international organisation with a strong digital footprint and a dynamic, entrepreneurial culture. The role is based in Liège with regular on-site presence.

You will act as a trusted partner to managers, translating people and organisational challenges into pragmatic HR actions, supporting transformation and change initiatives.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years as HR Business Partner.
• Proven ability to build credibility with business stakeholders.
• Experience in transformation, digitalisation or agile ways of working.
• Fluent in French and English.

TRANSEARCH International Belgium is conducting a confidential search for an HR Business Partner on behalf of an international organisation with a strong digital footprint and a dynamic, entrepreneurial culture.

This is a newly created role, designed to support key business populations in a context of transformation, digitalisation and evolving ways of working.

The position is based in Liège, with regular on-site presence expected.

The Role

As HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted partner to the business, supporting managers and teams on a broad range of HR topics.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and internal HR experts to translate people and organisational challenges into pragmatic actions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the main HR point of contact for assigned business populations;
• Supporting managers on performance, engagement, organisation, employee relations and development topics;
• Contributing to transformation and change initiatives;
• Helping managers navigate sensitive or complex people situations;
• Building strong and credible relationships with business stakeholders;
• Using HR data and business insights to support decision-making;
• Challenging constructively and helping the business move forward.

Your Profile

For this role, we are specifically looking for someone with:

• Relevant experience as an HR Business Partner or in a very similar business-facing HR role;
• Proven ability to support managers and build credibility with business stakeholders;
• The agility to thrive in a fast-moving, changing and entrepreneurial environment;
• A pragmatic, autonomous and hands-on mindset;
• Professional proficiency in both French and English.

The right person will be comfortable taking initiative, working with a certain level of ambiguity and moving topics forward without waiting for everything to be fully defined.

Experience with transformation projects, HR data, Finance, Customer Service, Operations or international environments would be considered an asset.
