Job summary

Keystone Solutions seeks an HR Business Analyst consultant to be embedded on site with a client in Brussels. You will align HR applications and master data with evolving business needs, ensuring data quality as the foundation for HR processes.

The role requires close collaboration with IT and HR operations under Keystone Solutions’ consultancy governance. You will lead on HRIS changes, master data stewardship, and improvement actions, becoming the HR applications and data expert for the client

Qualifications

Translate business needs into functional requirements and use cases.
Break down high level requirements into details.
Identify, analyze and refine complex problem statements.
Validate test scenarios, execute UAT and log results.
Know data model and functions of SuccessFactors EC and Talent modules.

Responsibilities

Coordinate changes to HR applications, analyze needs, design solutions, hand over to IT, test, communicate to stakeholders and plan go-live.
Maintain and expand HR master data with client collaboration.
Monitor HR data quality and implement data quality actions within the client environment.
Evolve into HR apps and data expert for the client team.
Collaborate with the client HR Program Office and a team of about 10 colleagues in Brussels.
