Keystone Solutions is seeking an HR Business Analyst consultant to work on site with the client, aligning HR applications and master data with evolving business needs. You will focus on data quality and act as a trusted advisor within the consultancy model.

Responsibilities include analyzing HR system changes, coordinating with IT, performing tests, and supporting HR program offices in Brussels. Fluency in Dutch or French and English at strong levels are expected.

Qualifications

• Translate business needs into functional requirements and use cases.
• Break down high level requirements into details.
• Identify, analyze and refine complex problems with solutions.
• Validate test scenarios, perform UAT and log results.
• Understand data models and functional possibilities of SuccessFactors EC/Talent.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate changes to HR applications, design solutions, test, and liaise with IT and stakeholders.
• Maintain and expand HR master data with the client.
• Monitor HR data quality and define actions to improve data quality.
• Become the expert for HR applications and data within the engagement.
• Collaborate with the client's HR Program Office, located in Brussels.
