The Hotel Brussels, in partnership with Hosco, offers an exciting internship program in Brussels focused on Project Management, HR Support, and Daily Hotel Operations. Gain hands-on experience while contributing to planning, service quality, and staff initiatives in a dynamic hospitality environment.

You will collaborate with hotel management, departments, and teams to ensure milestones are met, guest satisfaction is prioritized, and HR activities are supported.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
• Enrolled in a relevant degree program (Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related) with a November 2026 start convention for a minimum 6 months.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Passion for hospitality and customer service orientation.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of hotel projects.
• Support daily hotel operations across front desk, housekeeping, and F&B.
• Assist HR with policies, records, and staff initiatives.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
