• Conduct benchmark studies to analyze trends and competitive performance.
• Help ensure guest satisfaction by addressing needs and resolving issues.
• Assist in reputation management online and offline by monitoring reviews and social media.
• Identify revenue opportunities to maximise hotel profitability.
• Act as a quality coach to ensure hotel standards are met and improved.
• Perform duty management tasks in the absence of senior management.
• Improve overall quality of the hotel through initiatives and improvement programs.
• Integrate gen z input to modernize services and attract a younger clientele.
• Utilize AI to optimise operations and enhance guest experience.
• Maintain close relationships with hod team to ensure collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct benchmark studies to analyze trends and competitive performance
• Help to ensure guest satisfaction by addressing their needs and resolving issues
• Assist in the reputation management of the hotel both online and offline by monitoring reviews and social media
• Help to identify and leverage revenue opportunities to maximize hotel profitability
• Act as a quality coach to ensure hotel standards are met and improved
• Perform duty management tasks in the absence of senior management
• Improve overall quality of the hotel through initiatives and improvement programs
• Integrate gen z input to modernize services and attract a younger clientele
• Utilize artificial intelligence (AI) to optimize operations and enhance guest experience
• Maintain close relationships with the head of department (hod) team to ensure effective and harmonious collaboration

Our Requirements:

• Hotel management or tourism student with an internship agreement of six months starting in November 2026.
• Fluency in both English and French is essential for comfortable interaction with our international guests. Knowledge of Dutch or any other language is a plus!
• Full of energy, you can work in a team while keeping a smile on your face.
• Good leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Most importantly, you have a passion for hospitality and management.
