DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels City is offering an internship as Groups Operations Success Trainee in Brussels. You will be part of the events team, handling enquiries, creating offers and supporting end-to-end management of client events.

We seek enthusiastic students in Hospitality Management or related fields, with fluency in English and French, and Dutch as a plus. An internship starting January 2027 for 4–6 months is preferred, with housing support and meal benefits provided.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact for clients, responding to enquiries and tailoring offers.
• Learn invoicing processes and support event administration.
• Look after clients during their stay to ensure comfort and satisfaction.
• Attend weekly meetings to coordinate with F&B, Kitchen and Front Office teams.
• Support Banqueting, Breakfast or Restaurant service as needed.

DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels City is seeking an energetic intern to join our team as a Groups Operations Success Trainee. If you are looking for a rewarding experience full of surprises, you have come to the right place! Working alongside our experienced team, you will play an active role in the end-to-end management of our clients’ events in a friendly and stimulating environment.

What will your responsibilities be?

• You will be the first point of contact for our clients, responding to their enquiries and preparing attractive offers tailored to their needs.
• You will learn all the ins and outs of invoicing.
• You will look after our clients throughout their stay, ensuring their comfort and complete satisfaction.
• By attending weekly meetings, you will work closely with the Food & Beverage, Kitchen and Front Office teams to plan upcoming events.
• As a versatile team member, you will be ready to support Banqueting, Breakfast or Restaurant service according to operational needs.

Who are we looking for?

• You are fluent in both English and French and can communicate confidently with our international guests.
• Dutch or any additional language is a plus!
• You are studying Hospitality Management, Public Relations, Business or Event Management and have an internship agreement starting in January 2027 for a minimum of four months - six months would be even better!
• Above all, we are looking for someone who is friendly, energetic and eager to learn.
• Administrative and/or sales skills are a strong advantage.

Working hours:
