DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels City is offering an internship as Groups Operations Success Trainee in Brussels. You will be part of the events team, handling enquiries, creating offers and supporting end-to-end management of client events.

We seek enthusiastic students in Hospitality Management or related fields, with fluency in English and French, and Dutch as a plus. An internship starting January 2027 for 4–6 months is preferred, with housing support and meal benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French, with Dutch as a plus.
• Pursuing studies in hospitality or related fields with an internship starting Jan 2027.
• Willingness to learn and be flexible in a busy events environment.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact for clients, responding to enquiries and tailoring offers.
• Learn invoicing processes and support event administration.
• Look after clients during their stay to ensure comfort and satisfaction.
• Attend weekly meetings to coordinate with F&B, Kitchen and Front Office teams.
• Support Banqueting, Breakfast or Restaurant service as needed.
