Qualifications

• Hospitality management or tourism student with an internship agreement for six months starting November 2026.
• Fluency in English and French is essential; Dutch a plus.
• Energetic, team-oriented with strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for hospitality and management is highly valued.

Responsabilités

• Conduct benchmark studies to analyze trends and competitive performance.
• Help ensure guest satisfaction by addressing needs and resolving issues.
• Assist in reputation management online and offline by monitoring reviews and social media.
• Identify revenue opportunities to maximise hotel profitability.
• Act as a quality coach to ensure hotel standards are met and improved.
• Perform duty management tasks in the absence of senior management.
• Improve overall quality of the hotel through initiatives and improvement programs.
• Integrate gen z input to modernize services and attract a younger clientele.
• Utilize AI to optimise operations and enhance guest experience.
• Maintain close relationships with hod team to ensure collaboration.
