Hilton Brussels Grand Place is offering a Management Trainee internship in Brussels. The trainee will assist the General Manager/Director of Operations with administrative and operational tasks to uphold guest satisfaction, financial performance, and team development.

The ideal candidate is a hospitality student with leadership potential, fluent in English and French (Dutch a plus), and eager to contribute to a dynamic, service-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Hospitality management or tourism student with a six-month internship starting February 2027.
• Fluency in English and French; Dutch a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct benchmark studies to analyze trends and performance.
• Assist in ensuring guest satisfaction by addressing guest needs and resolving issues.
• Support online and offline reputation management by monitoring reviews and social media.
