Hilton Brussels Grand Place in Brussels is offering a Kitchen Trainee internship of at least 3 months starting in 2026. You will assist the Chef and kitchen team, prep ingredients, and help with starters, mains and desserts while learning in a dynamic hotel environment.

Fluency in French and/or English is required; you must be enrolled in a hospitality program and passionate about cooking. Housing allowance may be provided and duties include shifts, including weekends.

• Experience in hospitality is a plus; willingness to work flexible shifts.

Responsabilités

• Assisting the Chef and kitchen team with food preparation.
• Help to prepare ingredients and set up workstations.
• Assist with starters, mains and desserts under the Chef's supervision.
• Help clean and maintain workstations, utensils and equipment.
• Ensure hygiene and food safety standards throughout kitchen operations.
• Support the team in organising each service for quality and efficiency.
• Contribute to creation and testing of new recipes under the Chef's supervision.
• Ensure every dish leaves the kitchen with impeccable presentation.

Hilton Brussels Grand Place is hiring through Hosco in Brussels.Ready to take your first steps in the world of international hospitality?Hilton Brussels Grand Place is looking for a passionate and motivated Kitchen Trainee for an internship of at least 3 months starting in 2026. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic and professional environment, right in the heart of Brussels.As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work within our restaurant and Banqueting department, where you can develop your culinary skills and learn alongside a welcoming and experienced team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the Chef and kitchen team with food preparation.
• Helping to prepare ingredients and set up workstations.
• Assisting with the preparation of starters, main courses and desserts under the Chef's supervision.
• Helping to clean and maintain workstations, kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards throughout all kitchen operations.
• Supporting the team in organising each service while ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Contributing to the creation and testing of new recipes under the Chef's supervision.
• Ensuring that every dish leaves the kitchen with an impeccable presentation.

What does our ideal candidate look like?

You are fluent in French and/or English, enrolled in a hospitality school or similar programme and, above all, truly passionate about cooking and eager to learn.
