Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels City in Brussels is seeking an energetic Booking Success Trainee for an internship in the Reservations and Sales area. You will rotate through operations and then join Booking Success to manage individual and group bookings with a focus on guest satisfaction.

You should be studying Hospitality Management or Business with at least five months of internship availability, fluent in English and French, and ready to work with international guests.

Qualifications

• Studying Hospitality Management or Business with a minimum five‑month internship agreement.
• Fluent in English and French; Dutch or another language is a plus.
• Customer‑service oriented with calm under pressure and teamwork spirit.

Responsibilities

• Immerse in operational departments to learn the on‑site workflow.
• Support Booking Success with individual, group, and meeting reservations.
• Respond to guest inquiries by email, phone or in person with a smile.
• Collaborate with Sales to boost revenue and maximize occupancy.
• Contribute to successful sales strategies and execution.
