Eurostar is seeking a Fleet Performance Manager to lead the technical performance of four high-speed fleets from London or Brussels. You will analyse failures, anticipate trends and drive a performance action plan with Engineering, Operations and partners such as Siemens to enhance reliability, availability and punctuality for passengers.

• Very strong knowledge of rolling stock, high-speed trains, and maintenance organisation.
• Fluent English and French; Dutch a bonus.
• Excellent analytical and summarising skills to ensure deliverables quality.
• Proficiency with office software and KPI visualization.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Rolling Stock and Operations teams.

Responsabilidades

• Increase the performance of the 4 Eurostar fleets in terms of reliability and availability.
• Produce detailed and summary reports on the technical performance of the fleets (weekly, monthly, annually).
• Lead first-level technical analysis to identify trends and anticipate failures.
• Define and lead the Rolling Stock department’s Performance action plan for each fleet.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations and partners such as Siemens.
• Contribute to a positive safety culture and health and safety actions.
