Job summary

Eurostar is seeking a Fleet Performance Manager to monitor and improve the technical performance of the 4 Eurostar fleets, based in Brussels and at our depot in Leyton or London. You will lead the performance action plan with Engineering, Operations and partners to boost reliability, availability, punctuality and passenger experience.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of rolling stock, fluent French and English, and proven leadership in a cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

Very strong technical knowledge of rolling stock and maintenance.
Fluent in French and English, with ability to manage bilingual teams.
Excellent analytical and summarising skills for deliverables.
Proficient with office software and data tools for KPIs.
Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.
Significant management experience.

Responsibilities

Monitor and improve technical performance of 4 Eurostar fleets; produce reports.
Lead first-level technical analysis to identify trends and predict failures.
Manage the performance reporting tool and action plans.
Define and lead the Rolling Stock performance plan per fleet.
Contribute to safety culture and cross‑department collaboration.
Be the entry point for Operations and ensure quality indicators.
