Movu Robotics is seeking a motivated Helpdesk Engineer to join our team handling software applications and end-user support. You will be the first contact for Key-Users, categorize and triage incidents, and provide guided workarounds while escalating more complex issues to Level 2 support.

You’ll monitor dashboards for automated storage and conveyors, assist with logins and permissions, and contribute to knowledge base updates and end-user training sessions.

Qualifications

• Experience as a helpdesk representative is required.
• Physical or logistics/technical background such as IT, mechatronics, industrial engineering, or logistics.
• Fluent in English; German or French is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work with multiple systems (WMS, WCS, dashboards).
• Good time management and prioritization; able to handle multiple tasks.
• Stress resistant and capable of handling demanding customer interactions.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Remote Desktop and 3CX is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first point of contact for incidents and questions from customer Key-Users.
• Receive, categorize, prioritize and solve tickets in the helpdesk system.
• Perform standard troubleshooting, system resets, basic configuration checks, and guided workarounds.
• Monitor system dashboards and alerts for automated storage and conveyor systems.
• Assist operators and Key-Users with login issues, user permissions, and routine tasks.
• Escalate and follow up unresolved or complex issues to Level 2 Support with clear documentation.
• Maintain and update the knowledge base with recurring issues and standard procedures.
• Support end-user training sessions or refreshers when needed.
