Movu Robotics, part of the stow Group, seeks a Field Service Engineer to support our After Sales & Service team. You will test, repair and maintain shuttle systems at client sites and provide L1/L2 technical support via helpdesk and remote assistance.

You will also train end-users and integrators on-site, assist in commissioning Atlas2D systems, and identify opportunities for spare parts and service packs. Frequent short international trips are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Electromechanics or equivalent experience.
• English and Dutch is mandatory.
• Skilled in MS Office & Teams, eager to learn custom software.
• Customer-focused, team player, proactive mindset.
• No fear of heights or vertigo.

Responsabilités

• Test, repair, and maintain our shuttle systems at customer sites (including cold storage).
• Provide technical support (L1 & L2) via helpdesk and remote assistance.
• Deliver training to end-users and integrators on-site and internally.
• Assist in commissioning Atlas2D systems.
• Detect and report commercial service opportunities (spare parts, service packs).
• Short international trips (Mon-Fri).
