Job summary
Movu Robotics in Belgium is seeking a motivated Helpdesk Engineer for software applications to support intralogistics systems. You will be the first contact for Key-Users, triaging tickets, performing basic troubleshooting, and monitoring dashboards for automated storage and conveyor systems.
The role requires a hands-on problem-solver with strong communication, multitasking ability, and a customer-focused mindset, working across WMS/WCS and related tools.
Qualifications
- Hands-on IT/industrial background with ability to troubleshoot and document issues clearly.
- Experience with helpdesk workflows, incident management and knowledge bases.
- Comfortable working with multiple systems simultaneously (WMS, WCS, dashboards).
- Excellent communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for Key-Users reporting incidents or questions.
- Receive, categorize, prioritize and solve tickets in the helpdesk system.
- Perform standard troubleshooting, system resets, basic configuration checks and workarounds.
- Monitor system dashboards and alerts for automated storage and conveyor systems.
- Assist operators with login issues, permissions, and routine tasks.
- Escalate and follow up unresolved issues to Level 2 Support with clear documentation.
- Maintain and update the knowledge base with recurring issues and procedures.
- Support end-user training sessions or refreshers when needed.
