Alan is hiring for an Operations & Product Builder role based in Brussels, Belgium. You will shape strategy, drive cross-functional alignment, and own high-impact initiatives that scale our prevention-first insurance and care platform.

In this 0-to-1 role, you will work with a global team to bring Belgian health services to life, defining products and processes that reduce wait times and improve member experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in operations, product or entrepreneurship.
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch; both is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL data analysis experience.
• Experience taking a product or service from zero to scale.
• Ability to define vision and roadmaps, and make or buy decisions.
• Builds partnerships with providers, labs and health-tech.
• Familiarity with Belgian healthcare landscape and reimbursement concepts.

Responsibilities

• Launch Mo in Belgium with French/Dutch localization.
• Generalise advanced blood tests paired with AI health plans.
• Develop prevention programmes for unmet health needs.
• Design and launch health partnerships for workplaces.
