Alan is building a new standard in prevention insurance with a global footprint across France, Spain, Belgium and Canada. We are looking for a Senior Ops & Product Builder to define vision, drive cross-functional alignment and deliver scalable outcomes impacting P&L and member experience.

You will own high-impact initiatives, shape the operating model, and lead ambitious programs from concept to execution, partnering with 80+ teammates worldwide to grow a unique, customer-centric platform.

Competenze

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Operations management or entrepreneurship.
• Fluent in English and at least one of Spanish, French, or Dutch.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL.
• Experience owning high-ambiguity, high-impact initiatives (>€10M/year).
• Ability to define vision and roadmap, and manage external partnerships.
