Alan in Belgium is hiring a User Care Expert to support our members via chat, email and phone, delivering an exceptional experience. You’ll be the frontline for resolving questions, guiding users and ensuring clear, accurate, and empathetic communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-support role, education, or communication.
• Bilingual English + Dutch.
• Passion for caring for members and solving problems.

• Teamwork, learning and teaching.
