GitLab is seeking a Manager, Solutions Architecture - CEUR (Pre-Sales) to lead a distributed team across Central & Eastern Europe and the UK, translating customer requirements into clear, business outcomes.

In this remote, player-coach role you will drive regional strategy, coach your team through complex sales cycles, and partner with go-to-market, Sales, Channel, Marketing, Product Management, and global Solutions Architecture to ensure successful technical wins.

Qualifications

• Experience leading distributed Solutions Architecture teams across CEUR and UK.
• Proven ability to translate customer requirements into technical and business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and coaching skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead a distributed team of Solutions Architects across Central & Eastern Europe UK.
• Coach and partner on strategic opportunities to secure technical wins.
• Shape regional strategy for evaluations, workshops, demonstrations, and PoCs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with global Solutions Architecture, Sales, Channel, Marketing, and Product Management.
• Maintain dotted-line relationships with Channel Solutions Architects and SMEs to drive alignment.
