Chainguard is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join the Professional Services team within Customer Success. You will lead implementations and empower customers to use Chainguard to build secure software.

You will collaborate with product and engineering, be the face of Chainguard to customers, and help define architecture and onboarding. This role requires strong communication and travel up to 15%.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience developing high performance multi-tier applications.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes and containers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse audiences.
• Fluency in German.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE/IT.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical implementations and drive adoption of Chainguard images across organizations.
• Partner with account teams to translate customer vision into solutions that drive value.
• Ensure Chainguard Images are high quality and onboarding is smooth for customers.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to prioritize image builds based on customer feedback.
• Share best practices and lessons learned across the organization.
• Be a team player and collaborate with Chainguard engineers and customers.
