Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced technical leader to coach, grow, and partner with customer-facing Solutions Architects supporting Cross-Industry organizations across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

You will lead a team of Solutions Architects, shape the strategy for AWS adoption in Benelux, and drive executive-level conversations translating business challenges into scalable cloud, data, and AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in cloud architecture and CXO level engagement.
• Experience leading and growing teams of senior technology professionals in customer-facing roles.
• Professional fluency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead, develop, and grow a team of Solutions Architects serving Cross-Industry customers.
• Build and execute a customer-focused strategy to drive cloud adoption across Benelux.
• Guide teams in modern cloud architectures emphasizing data, analytics and AI.
• Represent AWS in executive-level discussions, publications, and reference architectures.
• Champion emerging technologies and liaise between customers and engineering teams.
