Us3 Consulting in Belgium is seeking a Technical Lead – Solution Architect to drive end-to-end architecture across complex IT initiatives. You will shape reference architectures and oversee delivery with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in IT, deep Mainframe, Java/.NET, Azure, APIs and data technologies, and a proven record leading €10M+ transformations with pragmatic delivery focus.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT industry experience.
• Proven Lead Solution Architect on large-scale transformations (€10M+).
• Strong IBM Mainframe experience.
• Proficient in Java or Windows .NET development.
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud, APIs, integration, and data technologies.
• Experience with Linux and Java development.
• Delivery-focused, pragmatic architect with cross-domain scope.
• Financial Services knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define and deliver end-to-end architecture solutions covering functional, non-functional, security, and resilience requirements.
• Collaborate with Requirement Owners and Domain Architects from inception through deployment.
• Lead IT engineers and application authorities across the organization.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards and domain target architectures.
• Contribute to Solution Architecture and Software Engineering practices.
• Develop reusable architecture patterns and building blocks.
• Contribute to domain target architectures and technology roadmaps.
• Perform architectural analysis across complex systems, functions, locations, and organizations.
• Provide pragmatic, actionable recommendations for complex technical challenges.
• Contribute to reference architectures and technical positioning papers.
• Support transformation initiatives and critical transactional systems.
