Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Head of People & Culture in Brussels to lead HR strategy, culture, and employer branding. You will partner with HR and commercial teams across brands and with headquarters to shape employee experience and development.

You will drive talent acquisition, development, and retention while guiding organizational transformation and diversity initiatives, ensuring consistent HR practices across the business.

Qualifications

• Strong capability in leading Human Resources activities.
• Ability to translate business needs into people priorities.
• Experience developing and maintaining HR processes.
• Confidence working with stakeholders on people-related topics.
• Experience guiding the delivery of Human Resources initiatives.
• Ability to bring consistency to people practices across a business.
• Able to exchange in French, Dutch and English.
