Jobat in Brussels is seeking a Head of People & Culture to shape our people strategy, culture, and employer branding across all brands. You will drive talent acquisition, development, and retention, and partner with HQ and commercial teams to elevate the employee experience.

This role also leads diversity and inclusion initiatives, supports organizational transformation efforts, and ensures HR initiatives align with business goals while acting as a trusted partner to the leadership team.
