Job summary

Michael Page Belgium is assisting a Brussels-based retailer to appoint a Head Of People & Culture. You will steer HR activities, shape the company culture and employer branding, and drive talent acquisition, development and retention across multiple brands.

You will partner with the HR and commercial teams and with headquarters to continuously improve the employee experience and to advance Diversity & Inclusion initiatives. The role is based in Brussels with a permanent contract.
