Stefanini EMEA is seeking a hands‑on Infrastructure & Support Engineer for our Zedelgem site in Belgium. The role combines end‑user support with infrastructure and network troubleshooting, including on‑site assistance for corporate IT, OT environments, and meeting room tech.

You will work with remote infrastructure teams, own incident management, and ensure smooth operations locally. The ideal candidate is a versatile IT generalist with strong troubleshooting skills and effective cross‑team

Qualifications

• Broad hands‑on IT infrastructure and support experience across end‑user and infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Strong networking fundamentals: IP, DNS, Wi‑Fi, VLAN, Cisco switching concepts, firewall troubleshooting.
• Practical Windows/Microsoft knowledge, including Active Directory/ENTRAID, Microsoft 365, SSO/MFA/CA concepts, and endpoint troubleshooting.
• Documentation and knowledge‑management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch across remote and local teams.

Responsabilités

• Act as local “hands & eyes” for remote infrastructure teams, covering network, server, security and application support.
• Assist central teams with networking and infrastructure issues (IP, DNS, Wi‑Fi, VLANs, Cisco, firewalls, RDP, SMB, ICMP).
• Provide hands‑on support to the local IT support team in Zedelgem for problem and incident management.
• Support OT/shopfloor environments (PLC/HMI, scanners, IoT devices, plant applications) involving multiple teams.
• Support meeting room technologies (Poly, Logitech, Barco, Teams Rooms, Poly Lens) and coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain and improve documentation (IP docs, troubleshooting procedures, DR/backup notes, knowledge bases).
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to drive issues to resolution.
