Stefanini Group in Zedelgem, Belgium is seeking a hands-on Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide local IT support and remote infrastructure assistance for global teams. The role requires ownership, prioritization, and strong problem-solving across network, server, and meeting-room tech domains.

You will bridge local business operations with remote technical teams, handle 1st–3rd line support, and coordinate with vendors. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Broad hands-on IT infrastructure and end-user support experience.
• Strong networking fundamentals: IP/DNS/Wi-Fi/VLANs and firewall troubleshooting.
• Practical Windows/Microsoft knowledge including AD/365/SSO/MFA.
• Excellent documentation and knowledge-management skills.
• Clear communication across remote technical teams and local staff.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Act as local hands and eyes for remote infrastructure teams (network, server, security, apps).
• Assist central teams with networking/infrastructure issues (IP, DNS, Wi-Fi, VLANs, firewalls).
• Provide hands-on support to local EUS IT support in Zedelgem for incident management.
• Support OT/shopfloor environments, PLC/HMI connectivity, IoT devices and plant apps.
• Support meeting room tech (Poly, Logitech, Barco, Teams Rooms) and vendor coordination.
• Maintain documentation (IP docs, troubleshooting procedures, DR/backup notes).
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, central IT to drive issues to resolution.
