A Place Antwerp - Boutique Suites and Flats in Antwerp is seeking a student intern to join a small, hands-on team. The role centers on guest communication, ensuring timely, friendly responses from the first message through checkout, with after-hours support on the duty phone.

You will assist with operations, reviews, direct offers, and admin tasks, coordinating with housekeeping and handling payments and invoices.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Dutch required.
• Strong writing ability and clear communication.
• Proactive mindset with ownership of tasks.
• Calm under pressure, especially at night.
• Available evenings and weekends in Antwerp for at least four months.

Responsabilités

• Guest communication: manage conversations from first message to post-checkout, including after-hours duty calls.
• Operations: coordinate with housekeeping, stock runs, support opening new addresses.
• Reviews: respond to reviews in the guest's language and identify recurring issues.
• Direct offers: handle direct enquiries and secure bookings.
• Other admin: payment follow-up, city tax checks, supplier invoices; scope varies with profile.
