Job summary

Optimile NV is seeking a Growth Marketeer to own and scale our revenue engine across international markets. You bridge strategy and execution, combining automation, data and performance marketing to drive sustainable growth.

You’ll own the MarTech stack, manage digital acquisition channels, and design lifecycle automation. The role offers 50% remote work and a chance to experiment, learn and grow in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with a focus on automation.
• Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot or similar) and CRM logic.
• Tech-savvy with interest in AI, automation and new technologies.
• Strategic thinker who connects day-to-day execution with long-term business objectives.
• Experience with tracking pixels, UTMs and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Growth & Demand Generation: Optimize the full funnel through continuous testing from ads to landing pages and conversion flows.
• Marketing Operations & Tech Stack: Own MarTech architecture; design lead management flows and manage website updates and tracking.
• Lifecycle & Marketing Automation: Execute product updates, newsletters, and customer communications; ensure data quality.
• Data, Analytics & Insights: Build dashboards and analyze attribution across channels and countries.
