Conveo is seeking a Client Growth Manager to lead the enterprise onboarding and expansion for UK/Europe, with roles in London, Antwerp, or remote. You will drive adoption, build key relationships, and become a trusted adviser to global brands.

The role involves traveling to clients, coordinating with sales, and shaping the Customer Growth function as we scale in a YC-backed AI company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, SaaS customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
• Outgoing and energetic — you thrive in front of clients and build trust quickly.
• You think in business outcomes, not feature checklists.
• Willingness to travel to clients — this is a relationship-first role.

Responsabilités

• Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts from onboarding through expansion.
• Run world-class onboarding — use case mapping, stakeholder training, and first-project coaching.
• Drive adoption across the client organization — activate individual users and create internal champions.
• Build deep relationships with senior stakeholders at the VP/SVP level.
• Travel to clients regularly — in-person is how real trust gets built.
• Generate advocacy — testimonials, references, and introductions to peers at other companies.
• Partner with sales to identify and drive expansion opportunities within your accounts.
