Spotable is seeking a data‑driven Growth Marketer to own the acquisition and activation funnel, working closely with commercial and product teams to turn marketing activity into measurable business growth. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys experimenting and using data to optimize performance.

You will manage Meta, Google and LinkedIn Ads to generate qualified traffic and signups, explore new channels including AI‑assisted advertising, run landing page A/B tests, monitor activation

Formación

• Experience in performance marketing or CRO.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Comfortable with data, conversion metrics and acquisition funnels.
• Enjoy running experiments and making data-driven decisions.
• Experience in landing page optimization and A/B testing.
• Curious about emerging acquisition channels, including AI-powered advertising.

Responsabilidades

• Own acquisition signup activation funnel.
• Run landing page A/B tests to improve conversion.
• Monitor signup metrics with product and commercial teams.
• Analyze campaign and funnel performance and translate insights into actions.
• Produce weekly experiment reports documenting results and next steps.
• Help build a scalable growth engine as Spotable expands into new markets.
