Springbok Agency in Ghent is seeking a Junior Performance Marketer to join our growing team. You will help build, launch and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and Pinterest from day one.

You will monitor performance, optimise budgets and audiences, and learn GA4, GTM and conversion tracking to explain results and drive decisions. The role is based at Ghent, with a 39-hour week and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or first hands-on experience in digital marketing (internship, student job or first job).
• Clear interest in performance marketing and paid media.
• Basic knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads or GA4.

Responsabilités

• Campaign setup and execution across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest).
• Optimization of budgets, audiences, placements and creatives against KPIs (ROAS, CPA, conversion rate).
• Measurement and tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
• Reporting and analysis combining media performance with website data to identify trends and actionable next steps.
• Media planning translating client goals and budget into a media mix.
• Client collaboration and presenting results; grow into more responsibilities.
