Job summary

Spotable is seeking a Growth Marketer to own acquisition and activation, turning marketing activity into measurable growth. This hands-on role focuses on optimizing the funnel from ad to signup to activation and improving conversion rates across channels.

You will manage Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads, run landing page experiments, and translate insights into concrete actions to drive signups and activation in a growing AI-powered platform for contractors.

Qualifications

• Data-driven growth marketer with hands-on experimentation.
• Experience in performance or growth marketing and CRO.
• Hands-on with Meta Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong analytical skills and funnel optimization.
• Experience in B2B SaaS/PLG environments.
• Autonomous and entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the funnel from ad to signup to activation and improve the conversion path.
• Manage Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads to drive qualified traffic and signups.
• Test new channels, including AI-assisted advertising and ChatGPT Ads.
• Run landing page A/B tests to lift conversion rates.
• Monitor signup and activation metrics with product and commercial teams.
• Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actions.
• Produce weekly experiment reports with results and next steps.
• Help build a scalable growth engine as Spotable expands.
