Job summary

Spotable, an AI-powered platform for roofing and façade contractors, is seeking a Growth Marketer to own acquisition and activation funnel. You will manage Meta, Google and LinkedIn Ads, test new channels including AI-assisted advertising and ChatGPT Ads, and run landing page experiments to boost signups and activations.

You will collaborate with commercial and product teams to translate data into actions, monitor funnel metrics, and help Spotable expand into new markets with a measurable growth

Qualifications

• Data-driven, hands-on growth marketer who enjoys testing, learning and improving.
• Experience in performance marketing, growth marketing or CRO.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Comfortable with data, conversion metrics and acquisition funnels.
• Enjoy running experiments and making decisions based on measurable results.
• Experience with landing page optimization and A/B testing.
• Curious about emerging acquisition channels, including AI-powered advertising.
• Experience in B2B and/or SaaS/PLG environments.
• Analytical, entrepreneurial and independent.

Responsibilities

• Own the journey from ad → signup → activation and work with commercial and product teams to improve the funnel.
• Manage and optimize Meta, Google and LinkedIn Ads to generate qualified traffic and signups.
• Explore and test new acquisition channels, including AI-assisted advertising and ChatGPT Ads.
• Run landing page A/B tests to improve conversion rates and user acquisition.
• Monitor signup and activation metrics with product and commercial teams.
• Track GEO visibility and improve presence in AI-driven search and discovery.
• Set up and run growth experiments across channels and touchpoints.
• Analyse campaign and funnel performance and translate insights into actions.
• Produce a weekly experiment report with results and learnings.
• Help build a scalable growth engine as Spotable expands into new markets.
