Influencer Hero, a profitable bootstrapped B2B SaaS platform, seeks a Head of Growth to own demand generation and revenue growth. You’ll set strategy, build the team, and directly drive qualified pipeline and ARR.

You’ll scale inbound across SEO, GEO/AI search, content, email, paid acquisition, partnerships, and ABM, working with Sales and the founders on ICP and enterprise GTM. This hands-on leader will analyze funnels and deploy AI-powered workflows.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in growth or marketing leadership for B2B SaaS
• Proven track record scaling growth and demand generation
• Experience generating qualified pipeline and revenue, not just metrics
• Strong English communication and analytical skills

Responsabilidades

• Own growth strategy with targets for pipeline, ARR, CAC, and revenue
• Scale inbound channels: SEO, content, email, paid, social, partnerships, webinars, events
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team and external partners
• Collaborate with Sales and founders on ICP, ABM, and enterprise GTM
• Analyze funnels, optimize CAC, attribution, and revenue metrics
