You report to the Managing Partner with autonomy from day one, and you will build a pipeline, lead conversations with decision-makers, shape proposals with cross-disciplinary teams, and grow a profitable portfolio while raising the firm's profile in Belgium.

• You speak fluent French and Dutch, plus professional English.

Responsabilités

• Open doors with the right clients — identifying, qualifying and pursuing opportunities where business ambition meets tech, data and AI complexity.
• Lead consultative conversations with marketing, digital and IT decision-makers: understanding their challenges before proposing anything.
• Shape winning proposals together with our consulting, tech and creative teams — commercially sharp and technically sound.
• Build your own portfolio and progressively run it as a profit centre: pipeline, margins, client relationships, growth.
• Be visible in the Belgian digital and tech ecosystem — events, partner networks, communities.
• Feed our strategy with what you see in the market, and help sharpen our propositions around CX, CRM, data and AI.
