Burson Brussels is seeking an Intelligence & Insights Lead to drive growth of data and AI offerings. You will report to the Belgium CEO and collaborate with the EMEA chief to shape client solutions and market strategy.

You’ll partner with regional hubs, own briefs, and translate data-led outputs into actionable client recommendations, building senior relationships in Belgium while connecting to the wider EMEA community.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in data, intelligence and insights with a proven growth track record.
• Strong understanding of the communications landscape and AI applications.
• Experience in EU policy communications is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead growth of Burson’s intelligence and insights offerings and strategies.
• Engage clients with data-driven solutions and present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Enable local teams to leverage data and AI across client work.
• Contribute to product innovation and new data capabilities.
• Develop thought leadership on data, AI, and communications.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align data strategies globally.
• Promote responsible data practices within the agency and for clients.
