Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels City is seeking a Groups, Conference & Events Sales Manager to drive the Groups & Events segment, manage high-value enquiries, and build lasting client relationships in a dynamic hotel setting.

The role involves coordinating with Operations, Revenue, Finance, and Marketing, with a focus on revenue optimization and contract negotiations. Travel within Belgium and abroad is part of the position; salary ranges from €48,000 to €55,000 gross per year.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English or Dutch and English; additional language is a real asset.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role (Groups & Conference Sales in a Business hotel).
• Strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-value enquiries and aim for conversion, revenue, and profitability targets for Groups & Events.
• Respond to meeting, group, and event enquiries; gather information for tailored proposals.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and secure contracts.
• Ensure smooth handover of contracted events to operations and coordinate interdepartmentally.
