Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels City is seeking a Sales Account Executive or Sales Account Manager to join the Proactive Sales team in Brussels. The role is tailored to your background, with responsibilities spanning account management, prospecting and revenue growth.

Office-based, full-time, with travel within Belgium and abroad. The hotel offers professional development, competitive remuneration and Hilton benefits across properties worldwide.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in hospitality, events, tourism or service.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a strong asset.
• Experience in proactive sales, strategic account management or portfolio development.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation and business development skills.
• Independent worker with good teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop and retain a portfolio of client accounts across groups, events, corporate clients, and MICE.
• Understand accounts and market segments to propose tailored commercial solutions.
• Prospect via phone, social media, networking events and market data.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms and follow-through to close.
• Build lasting relationships to grow revenue and achieve targets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, Marketing, E-commerce and Operations.
• Support e-commerce initiatives for MICE, corporate and association clients.
• Gather market intel and share insights with the commercial team.
