Lotus Bakeries in Belgium is seeking a Group FSQA Audit & Certification Assistant to provide administrative, analytical, and reporting support for food safety audits and certification programs across international production sites.

You will coordinate diverse certification schemes, monitor audit schedules and renewal timelines, and maintain compliance records, while developing KPI dashboards and performing trend analyses to drive data‑driven decisions.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in a food-related or data-analytical field.
• Experience in an administrative or support role within a technical, quality, or food industry environment.
• Strong reporting and data management skills with MS Office.
• Experience with databases, KPI reporting, dashboards, and data visualization tools.
• Professional English; Dutch and/or French a plus.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, structured mindset with flexibility and independence.

Responsabilités

• Monitor certification statuses, audit schedules, renewal timelines, and maintain compliance records/databases.

Group FSQA Audit & Certification Assistant

As a Group Food Safety & Quality Assurance (FSQA) Audit & Certification Assistant, you will provide administrative, analytical, and reporting support for food safety audits and certification programs across our international production sites.

• Coordinate food safety, sustainability, religious, ethical, and customer-specific certification schemes across the Group.
• Monitor certification statuses, audit schedules, renewal timelines, and maintain accurate compliance records and databases.
• Support the planning, administration, documentation, and follow-up of internal and external audits across production sites.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, reporting tools, and perform trend analyses to support data-driven decision-making.
• Track audit findings and corrective actions, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
• Provide administrative and analytical support for continuous improvement projects, annual program reviews, and FSQA initiatives.

Profile

To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:

• A Bachelor's degree in a food-related or data-analytical field.
• Experience in an administrative or support role within a technical, quality, or food industry environment.
• Strong reporting and data management skills, with advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Experience with databases, KPI reporting, dashboards, and data visualization tools; knowledge of auditing and certification schemes is a strong asset.
• Professional proficiency in English, knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
• A detail-oriented, analytical, and structured mindset, combined with flexibility, independence, and a positive attitude.
