Job summary

Daikin Europe in Brussels seeks a Group Controller to join the Corporate Planning team. You will drive budgeting, result follow-up, and profitability analysis across the EMEA region, collaborating with sales affiliates, factories, and HQ to support decision-making.

You will prepare management reporting, oversee budget consolidation, and contribute to strategic initiatives and multi-country projects, including planning tool rollouts and reporting automation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 3 years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent English; other EU languages are an asset.
• MS Office is a must; Anaplan and PowerBI are assets.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting and result follow-up for the Group.
• Collaborate with sales affiliates, factories, and HQ departments.
• Prepare management reporting and ad-hoc analyses for top management.
• Prepare budget consolidation.
• Contribute to long-term strategy decisions.
• Participate in diverse projects (planning tool rollout, profitability by segment, headcount classification, automated reporting, transfer pricing topics/sales flows).
• Based in Brussels with a homework policy.
