N-SIDE Belgium in Louvain-la-Neuve seeks a Solution Analyst - Energy to join the Energy department. You will engage with dispatchers, grid operators, and utilities to discover pain points, shape product concepts, and translate needs into actionable specs for our engineering teams.

You will run collaborative design workshops, articulate value, and help validate business cases while shaping scalable grid optimization software for a sustainable energy future.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, math, CS, IT, or physics.
• 3+ years in technical consulting, business/solution analysis, or software discovery.
• Experience or interest in energy/utilities sector is a plus.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Customer Discovery by mapping outage management workflows with TSOs/DSOs.
• Lead design workshops to validate concepts with potential clients.
• Articulate a clear value proposition to utility stakeholders.
• Bridge business and engineering by translating domain needs into specs for engineers.
• Identify common needs to build scalable product architecture.
• Support commercial and ROI validation with field data.
• Create rapid prototypes to test ideas with customers.
