BDO Belgium is seeking a Graduate Consultant FS – Customer & Sales to help financial institutions improve how they attract, advise, serve, and retain customers. You will work alongside relationship managers, advisors, brokers, and sales teams across multiple banking and insurance channels, building strong FS expertise.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Engineering, Economics, Commercial Sciences, Finance, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good command of English.
• Willingness to work with Financial Services clients across Belgium; based in Zaventem.

Responsabilités

• Support front-line commercial teams in achieving sales objectives and delivering an excellent customer experience across banking and insurance channels.
• Assist relationship managers, advisors, and brokers in preparing customer interactions, following up dossiers, identifying commercial opportunities, and supporting day-to-day customer servicing activities.
• Help customers navigate digital channels and self-service solutions, contributing to higher digital adoption, customer satisfaction, and seamless customer journeys.
• Analyze customer journeys and commercial processes to identify opportunities for improving customer experience, sales effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
• Gather business requirements and stakeholder insights through workshops, interviews, analyses, and interactions with front-line employees and customers.
• Contribute to customer & sales improvement initiatives by helping clients improve their customer experience, commercial performance, digital sales capabilities, customer journeys, and distribution effectiveness.
• Support the implementation of transformation initiatives by coordinating activities, preparing deliverables, and working closely with project and program managers.
• Build Financial Services expertise across customer segments and products such as daily banking, payments, lending, investments, and life or non-life insurance.
