Job summary

BDO Belgium is seeking a Graduate Consultant FS - Banking Transformation to help banks optimise their operational backbone. You will work across payments, lending, onboarding, and core banking, applying Lean principles and leveraging AI and smart automation to drive efficiency and quality.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, support regulatory compliance, and contribute to target operating models while developing deep domain knowledge in banking operations and transformation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (see above).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Dutch and French, with good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Support transformation programs in payments, lending, onboarding and core banking.
• Apply Lean management and identify AI/automation opportunities.
• Gather and document business requirements through workshops and meetings.
• Contribute to business analyses, process redesign, and target operating models.
• Assist project managers in planning, testing, and change activities.
• Develop banking operations expertise and promote data‑driven transformation.
