Job summary

BDO Belgium is seeking a Graduate Consultant FS – Customer & Sales to help financial institutions attract, advise, serve, and retain customers across banking and insurance. You will gain hands-on experience in commercial environments, collaborating with relationship managers, advisors, brokers, and sales teams.

This role builds your understanding of customer needs, journeys, and digital sales capabilities, with a path to becoming a Customer & Sales Transformation consultant and shaping

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Fluent in Dutch and French with good command of English.
• Willingness to work across Belgium and based in Zaventem.

Responsibilities

• Support front-line commercial teams in achieving sales objectives and delivering an excellent customer experience across banking and insurance channels.
• Assist relationship managers, advisors, and brokers in preparing customer interactions, following up dossiers, identifying commercial opportunities, and supporting day-to-day servicing activities.
• Help customers navigate digital channels and self-service solutions to boost digital adoption and satisfaction.
• Analyze customer journeys and processes to identify opportunities to improve experience and sales effectiveness.
• Gather business requirements and stakeholder insights through workshops and interviews with frontline staff and customers.
• Contribute to customer & sales improvement initiatives by enhancing customer experience, commercial performance, and distribution effectiveness.
• Support implementation of transformation initiatives by coordinating activities and deliveringables with project managers.
• Build Financial Services expertise across segments and products such as daily banking, payments, lending, investments, and life/non-life insurance.
