BDO Belgium is seeking a consultant to join the Financial Institutions practice in Belgium, focusing on banking, insurance, and related advisory services. You’ll analyze processes, facilitate workshops, and support transformation journeys across Flemish and Walloon regions.

Based in the Zaventem office with options to work from home, you’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and grow through BDO Academy training, taking on increasing responsibilities as you help clients achieve sustainable

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics.
• Excellent knowledge in Dutch and French, and very good English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial processes and value drivers for Financial Institutions.
• Facilitate workshops and coordinate with SMEs to gather business requirements.
• Support client transformation journeys in Operations, Finance and Risk where applicable.
• Collaborate with project teams and management to drive actionable improvements.
